Change to CS Support service hours

Our Support department is closed on Friday, April 28th for a company event. However, limited Accounting CS phone support is available on that date from 9 AM - 5 PM ET due to the approaching deadline for quarterly payroll tax forms.

This dialog makes it easier for you to enter and view large amounts of text for certain fields — explanation for changing a client's status to inactive, messages to print on customer invoices, or descriptions for invoice items. You can enter up to 1,000 alphanumeric characters, including special characters, spaces, and line returns.

Click the Ellipsis Ellipsis button button next to any of the fields listed below.

Enter the text in the text box. When you click OK, the application enters that text in the applicable field. And when you print a report or layout that includes that explanation or an invoice that includes that message or invoice item description, the application prints the text as formatted in this dialog.

Note: You can check the spelling of the text you entered in this dialog by clicking the Check Spelling button to open the Spell Check dialog.
