If your clients use QuickBooks Online, Accounting CS enables you to import data from QuickBooks Online and export data to QuickBooks Online for those clients. Before you can import or export data, you need to connect Accounting CS to the client's QuickBooks Online account. You only need to establish the connection once. In other words, if you establish a connection to import transactions, you do not need to re-establish the connection to export transactions. The application keeps you logged in to the client's account until you disconnect. QuickBooks Online sends a security token to Accounting CS, and that token is valid for 180 days.

Choose File > Import > QuickBooks Online or File > Export > QuickBooks Online, and then click the Connect to QuickBooks button.

If your firm runs Accounting CS locally, you must have Microsoft Edge for the QuickBooks Online integration to work properly.
