You can enter information for an unlimited number of additional contacts for your company and your vendors by following these steps.

  1. In the Main tab of the Setup > Clients or Setup > Vendors screen (in Edit mode), click the Ellipsis button button next to the Additional Contacts field.
  2. In the Additional Contacts dialog, click the Add button.
  3. In the Contact section, enter the name of the contact and, optionally, a title, company, and a salutation. Mark any checkboxes as appropriate for this contact.

Note: Only one additional contact can be designated as a reporting agent.

  4. In the Addresses section, enter an address for the contact. Use the Address verification feature (click the Address Verification Location button button) to enter the city and state or ZIP code.

Note: You can enter up to three addresses for the contact - Business, Home, or Other - by clicking the Selection Selection button button to select one of the options. Specify an address as the mailing address by marking the Mailing address checkbox.

  5. In the Phone and fax numbers section, enter the phone and fax number information for the contact. You can enter multiple contact phone numbers by clicking the Selection Selection button button.
  6. In the Email and web addresses section, enter the contact's email address and website URL.

Note: Once information has been entered, clicking the Email Email button button will open your default email client with this address in the To: line and clicking the Website Website button button will automatically open the specified website using your default browser.

  7. Click the Enter button to save the contact information. The new contact will then be available in the Additional Contacts list.
