Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. Complete the following steps to enable your computer to connect to the servers at our network of secure data centers.

  1. Connect to the Internet using your existing LAN connection. If your connection is provided by an Internet service provider (ISP) such as AOL, launch that connection now.
  2. Minimize your browser.
  3. Start CSA.
  4. Choose File > CS Connect, and click the Communications Setup button.
  5. In the CS Connect - Communications Setup dialog, click the Direct (LAN) connection to internet option.

    Note: Mark the Internet connection is always online checkbox if your computer is always connected to the Internet.

  6. Click OK.

You computer is now ready to connect to our servers. After you have selected the appropriate options in the CS Connect dialog, click the Call Now button to connect.
