Printing client documents

There are several ways to print client documents in CSA:

  • From the Transmittal Letter Editor window, choose File > Print or click the Print button /_images/acct_pr/csa/print.gif on the toolbar.
  • From the File > Print Preview window, click the Print button to open the Print dialog, and then press the OK button. Modify printer settings as desired prior to printing.
  • From the File > Print Reports dialog accessed from the CSA main window, use the following steps:
    1. From the CSA main window, choose File > Print Reports.
    2. In the Print dialog, click the Documents tab and then double-click Client Documents to move that to the right-hand (Selected) pane.
    3. Click the Options button.
    4. In the Client Documents Options dialog, mark the desired checkbox(es) in the Focus document listing group box to display client-specific documents and > or global documents.
    5. Mark the checkbox for each type of client document that you wish to print, and then click OK.
    6. In the Print dialog, click the Preview button or the Print button.

Tips

  • If you are a licensed user of FileCabinet CS, you may also choose to store electronic copies of the selected documents in your FileCabinet browser.
  • For your convenience, you can create a profile for documents that are printed on a regular basis. See Print reports > Profile
