Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

The years in the Cash Flow worksheet are based on the current period ending date in Trial Balance. As the Trial Balance database is rolled forward into the next year the current and prior columns in the Cash flow worksheet are also rolled forward.

Example

The current period end date is 12/31/09 so the two years currently showing on your Cash Flow Worksheet are 2009 and 2008. As soon as you roll forward your Trial Balance to 2010, the cash flow worksheet information is also rolled forward. As a result, the cash flow worksheet in 2010 will display 2 years of balances for 2009 and 2010.

The balances for the cash flow lines will be available in Prior Year Amounts window, but you will no longer be able to access the detail for those prior years.
