Engagement CS provides you with the ability to send an entire engagement to GoFileRoom as a single bookmarked PDF file, to send it as a file to a specified drive on your workstation or network location, and as a PDF attachment from your resident email application.

Sending an engagement to a File/Email

1. Select an engagement from the Tree View window in the engagement workspace and choose File > Send Engagement to > File/Email.
2. In the Send Engagements to File/Email dialog mark the Send to file and/or Send to email checkboxes.
3. Enter the location or click the Browse button to navigate to the desired location where the file is to be saved and/or enter the email address of the intended recipients.

   Note: When available, select an email signature from the available drop-down list in the Send Engagements to File/Email dialog. When you mark the Include email signature checkbox and no signature is available from the drop-down list, the Email Options dialog opens automatically to enable you to add a signature. If a signature(s) already exist in the drop-down list, you can click the Modify/View Signature button to Add, Edit, or Delete signatures.

4. Specify the filename (defaults to Client Name - Engagement Name).

   Notes

   • Mark the Password protect PDF checkbox to prevent unauthorized viewing and modification of the PDF files.
   • Mark the Open file when complete checkbox to open the PDF when the creation process is complete.
5. Click OK to complete the process.

Sending an engagement to GoFileRoom

Select an engagement from the Tree View window in the engagement workspace and choose File > Send Engagement to > GoFileRoom. Engagement CS will establish a connection to GoFileRoom and begin sending the engagement to the appropriate Drawer as defined in the GoFileRoom Index Mapping [Setup - System Configuration] dialog.
