Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

  1. Highlight the cell(s), row(s), or column(s) in which you would like to change the font.

Note: You may select the entire worksheet by clicking the blank gray button in the upper left corner of the worksheet. If you change the font of the entire statement at once, any new row or column you insert or add will take the same font properties.

  2. Choose Format > Cells.
  3. On the Font tab, specify the Typeface, Style, Size, and Effects, then click OK to accept the changes and close the dialog.

Note: To use a font size smaller than 8 (for larger statements, for example), highlight the font size displayed on the Font tab and replace it by typing in the desired font size.
