There is essentially no difference between a client statement and a global statement except for the folder location in which the statement is stored.

Client statements are saved within a specific client's data folder. During backup of a client database, the client-specific statements are automatically included with the client's backup data.

Global statements are saved in a general folder and are accessible for all clients. Global statements can be backed up via a system backup.
