To place text in a row or rows that will have no amounts or accounts assigned to it, choose the Description row type. For example, in any given row, you might enter a description of Current Assets, or Cost of Goods Sold to describe the row that follows. You may also use description rows to leave blank lines. Description is the default type for all rows.
