Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Use the Insert > Variables dialog to insert amount, text, date, period, additional amounts, locations, and departments variables into the statement. Variables allow you to use one statement definition for many clients instead of having to create a new statement for each client. Instead of entering the client's name on each statement when you print, the client's name will automatically be inserted into the financial statement for you by using the text variable client name.
