Transferring statements between clients

There are two ways to transfer statements between clients using the tools available in CSA.

  • Choose Transfer Client Information from the Utilities menu of the CSA main window, select the client that you would like to transfer the statements from, then mark the Financial Statements checkbox, and click OK. This will transfer all of the statements from the selected client.
  • Save a statement from one client's folder into a different client's folder. Open the statement that you would like to copy, choose Save As from the File menu, navigate to the correct client's folder and click Save. You can follow this same process to save a Global statement in a client's folder.
