1. In the Tasks > Transaction Entry window, select Automatic Journal Entries Diagnostics from the Edit menu or from the F3 or right-click context menu.
2. In the Automatic Journal Entries Diagnostics dialog, choose a journal entry reference number from the Reference drop-down list. The diagnostic for the selected journal entry displays in the Automatic Journal Entries Diagnostics list box.

   Note: If you have marked the Do not make automatic entries checkbox in the Transaction Options dialog, the application notifies you that it is marked, and that no automatic journal entries are posted in the current period.

3. To print the displayed diagnostic message, click the Print button.
