Automatic journal entries will automatically calculate transactions each period based on your entries in this dialog. You only need to enter information for automatic journal entries once per client.
- Choose Setup > Automatic Journal Entries.
- In the Automatic Journal Entries dialog click the Add button.
- Enter a Reference and Description and choose a Journal from the drop-down list (if you are using separate journals).
