You may need to reinstall CS Professional Suite, Creative Solutions (CSA). To reinstall an existing installation of CSA you will need to:

  1. Verify no other users are in Creative Solutions Accounting.
  2. Rename the X:\WinCSI\CSA folder to CSAold.
  3. Run the CSA installation again, by right clicking on the Setup.exe or csadownload.exe file and choosing Run as administrator.
  4. Download and apply software updates.

You may receive message while attempting to rename the X:\WinCSI\CSA folder such as:

Folder in use

This action can’t be completed because the folder or a file in it is open in another program.

Close the folder or file and try again.

This is a Microsoft message letting you know you may have shared folders and files open on the server. You will not be able to rename the CSA folder until it is no longer in use.

If this is a local installation, try rebooting your computer.

If CSA is installed on your server, look for open shared folders and files on the server.  The article, CS Professional Suite: Closing Locked / Open Files on Windows Server 2008 / 2011, may be helpful.  In some instances, rebooting the server may clear up the message.
