Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. To print the 941 filing instruction letter with your payroll tax form, follow these steps:

  1. Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing.
  2. When the Payroll Tax Processing window opens, click the appropriate icon in the shortcut bar at the left. The default tax form is the 941 form.
  3. After retrieving and verifying the information for the tax form, choose File > Print to open the Print Tax Forms dialog.
  4. Mark the checkboxes for the forms you want to print, and then choose 941 Filing Instructions.ltr from the drop-down list in the Filing Instructions column.

  5. Click the OK button to print the tax form and the filing instruction letter.
