Important reminder!
Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For licensed users of the Payroll CS Direct Deposit module
Use the Direct Deposit tab of the Employees window to set up employee information for direct deposit files. Each employee payroll check can be deposited in multiple accounts, as defined in this tab. The information located here tells the application where each employee's payroll check should be direct deposited and how the deposit(s) should be made.
