In the Earnings tab of the Employees window, choose the pay items that are relevant to the selected employee (or review/modify the information automatically pulled from the data-entry template chosen for the employee).

  • For each pay item, enter or select the description, GL account number, and pay rate.
  • Choose the preferred order for all pay items to be calculated and listed on the paycheck stub.
  • Click the /_images/acct_pr/csa/details.gif button for a pay item to enter or modify additional employee-level information for that pay item.
