Setting up ticklers for scheduled status events

You can set up ticklers to have CSA remind you (via the Today's Ticklers tab) when scheduled status events are coming up. You can also choose to have CSA provide this notification when you first open the application.

Note: There must be at least one global status event set up in the Setup > System Configuration > Status Events dialog in order to schedule client status events and set up ticklers.

  1. Choose Utilities > Client Status.
  2. In the Client Status dialog, click the Today's Ticklers tab.
  3. Click the Reset Tickler Parameters button.
  4. In the Events requiring notification list, mark the checkbox(es) next to the events for which you want to receive notification.
  5. In the Clients requiring notification list, mark the checkbox(es) next to clients for which you want to receive notification of the events selected above. By default, all are marked.
  6. Using the Limit notification to events scheduled within the next <n> days field, specify the amount of forewarning you want to receive for the selected events. For example, to be reminded three days before a selected event, enter 3 in this field.
  7. To be reminded of upcoming events whenever you start CSA, mark the Tickle me when I start CSA checkbox. To be reminded of upcoming events whenever you open a client, mark the Tickle me upon open client checkbox.
