Follow these steps to create tickmarks. Although tickmarks are established on a client-level basis, they can be transferred to another client.
- Choose Setup > Tickmarks.
- If no other tickmarks have been created, the Tickmarks dialog opens in Add/Edit mode. If tickmarks have already been created, click the Add button.
- Enter up to three characters in the Tickmark field.
Note: You may use any combination of characters when designating a tickmark except for the backslash ( \ ).
- Enter a description of up to 35 characters in the Description field.
- Click the Enter button to save the tickmark and return to Browse mode.
- Click Done to close the Tickmarks dialog.
