Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

The 943 Supplemental Information dialog allows you to easily enter supplemental information to assist you in preparing Form 943.

Choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing and then click the United States flag (943) icon in the shortcut bar on the left or choose View > 943. Choose Setup > Supplemental Information when Form 943 displays.

Note: To process Form 943, make certain you have marked the 943 checkbox on the Payroll tab of the File > Client Properties dialog. In addition, to have the relevant employee information retrieved for Form 943, be sure to mark the Agricultural checkbox in the Personal > W-2 tab of the Setup > Employees window.

Special information

If the Third-Party Designee checkbox is marked in this dialog, you can set up third-party designee information either globally or at the client level.
