Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. Accountant's Assistant is provided with the CBS Master License.

During the first import, or prior to subsequent imports, of client data that has been exported from Peachtree, use this dialog to choose the corresponding CSA location and department numbers for each Peachtree location or department included in the client's data. This information is specific to the selected CSA client.

From the CSA Utilities menu, point to Accountant's Assistant and then choose Peachtree. From the Accountant's Assistant main window, choose Setup > Locations and Departments.

Note: This dialog is accessible only if the CSA client's Chart of Accounts mask has been set up to accommodate locations and/or departments.
