On the Properties tab of the Insert Chart dialog, select the options that define how the chart will appear when printed. When you mark (or unmark) an option, you will be able to see the change instantly in the right-hand preview pane.

Fields & buttons
Mark the appropriate checkbox(es) to indicate the display items to include.
Note: If you are preparing graphs for a non-color printer, select the Gray scale graph option on the Properties tab of the Insert Chart dialog. This option is available only for charts with 10 or fewer accounts in the legend.
Select the appropriate option to determine the placement of the legend (left, right, top, or bottom).
Enter the size of the graph into the Scale box. If no specifications are entered into the Scale box, the graph will automatically be sized according to the data in the graph.
- Left. Enter the range for the vertical axis.
- Right. Enter the range for the horizontal axis.
- Divisor. this field is not accessible for editing.
To have a title appear above the chart, enter the text for the title Chart Title field.
