Use the Other Options dialog to specify settings if you need to transmit client data to CS Support. Note that the checkbox to the right of the Other button on the CS Connect dialog is automatically marked if any settings within the Other Options dialog are currently selected.
Choose File > CS Connect (or click the button on the toolbar). In the CS Connect dialog, click the Other button.

The checkbox to the right of the Other button on the CS Connect dialog is automatically marked if any checkboxes within the Other Options dialog are currently selected.
To specify that you want to do any of the following during your next call to CS Connect call, mark the appropriate checkbox(es):
- Credit card/Update credit card on file.
Note: Please note that this feature is no longer available via CS Connect. To modify credit card information on file with Thomson Reuters, please visit the My Account page of our website at CS.ThomsonReuters.com/myaccount.
- Support/Transmit client data to CS Support.
To prepare the client data prior to the CS Connect call, choose Help > Repair, highlight the appropriate client in the listing on the Clients tab, and then click the Send Via CS Connect button.
