This dialog enables you to specify default settings for the application to use for every new statement that you create within the Financial Statement Editor.

From the Financial Statement Editor window, choose Setup > New Statement Defaults.

Special information

  • These default settings are global; they will apply to every new statement that you create for any client.
  • The defaults for the body of the statement only apply to each worksheet that you insert into a new or existing statement.
  • During a backup procedure these default settings are saved with the global database by choosing File > Backup from the CSA main window, selecting System Data, and then selecting the Wsw.sys file.
  • To modify the specifications for a selected statement within the Financial Statement Editor, choose File > Properties.
