You can mark the checkbox next to each engagement, folder, and Excel and/or Word workpaper in the Select Documents dialog to perform one of the following engagement functions:

• Disconnect to Email Recipient
• Disconnect to File

The Select Documents dialog displays all folders with Excel and Word workpapers available for disconnection from the Master Client Data (MCD) or Local Client Data (LCD). In addition, documents that are outdated in the engagement appear in red in the tree view. For details, see Refreshing engagement documents on demand.
