The overall objective of the ProSystem fx Trial Balance to Creative Solutions Accounting conversion utility is to provide a comprehensive conversion of your ProSystem fx Trial Balance data to the Trial Balance CS software in CSA.

After creating or opening the client, choose Utilities > Data Conversion > ProSystem fx Trial Balance.

Special information

Due to differences in processing calculations and in data structures between ProSystem fx Trial Balance and CSA, some data cannot be converted. Therefore, additions and/or modifications to the converted client data in Trial Balance CS may be required after the conversion to exactly duplicate the trial balance client information in Trial Balance CS from a ProSystem fx Trial Balance client. The specific items that cannot be converted and conversion exceptions are listed in the Conversion Notes and Exceptions section of the Conversion Guide: ProSystem fx Trial Balance to Trial Balance CS (PDF).
