Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

When you are ready to verify and import what you have pasted (or manually entered) and formatted in the Spreadsheet Import dialog, click the OK button. A data edit routine automatically verifies the integrity of the data within each column of the spreadsheet.

The Save Spreadsheet As dialog opens automatically and enables you to save the current spreadsheet format and assign it a unique Setting name or description. (The setting name then becomes available for future selection from the drop-down list in the Setting field of the Spreadsheet Import dialog.)

The File Options dialog then opens automatically and allows you to specify how you want to import the data into the CSA Chart of Accounts.
