Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Use the EFTPS Batch Filer Export dialog to prepare and transmit EFTPS (Electronic Federal Tax Payment System) files. These files are used in the preparation of enrollment and payment records for one or more clients that can be imported into your EFTPS Batch Filer application. For more information about getting started with EFTPS, please refer to the Getting started with EFTPS procedures.

Choose Utilities > EFTPS Batch Filer Export.

Note: The IRS has discontinued use of the paper coupon for making federal tax deposits after December 31, 2010. Therefore, instead of filing tax payments with Form 8109 (Federal Tax Deposit Coupon), businesses need to use the EFTPS system to make deposits electronically, or they may use a payroll-processing provider who can file electronically for them.
