Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

If the Trial Balance has been checked out to another member of the engagement team, you may choose to view and print the Trial Balance within the Engagement CS workspace. The Trial Balance Report lists the balance for a selected basis type for each account. You can also choose one of the available basis types and whether or not you want to display the adjustments (total amounts for each account column).

Choose Tasks > Trial Balance to open the Trial Balance Report dialog (only available when the Trial Balance has been checked out to another staff member working on the same engagement).

Note: If the Trial Balance has been assigned to you, the Trial Balance opens in the Engagement CS Document View window where you can add, edit, and delete Adjusting Journal Entries directly in the Trial Balance grid.
