Use the E-Verify File Type dialog to advance the E-Verify (Employee Eligibility Verification) program status for an employee whose verification status is not still currently pending with the Department of Homeland Security (DHS).

From the Utilities > E-Verify > Manage E-Verify Status dialog, highlight an employee name and click the Manage Status button.

The E-Verify Type dialog lists the employee's name, date of hire, and E-Verify case number. Click the appropriate option and then click the Queue button to queue the status update for subsequent electronic transmission via CS Connect to the government's E-Verify website.

E-Verify Login (link that opens the login page of the government's E-Verify website)

Note: If the status for an employee is returned as anything other than "Verified," you will need to log in to the E-Verify website to manage the completion of the process for that employee. You can use the link from the E-Verify File Type dialog to open the government's E-Verify login page and then complete the verification processing as required for that employee. Please refer to the government's E-Verify website for more information about the requirements for closing a case.
