The Print Tax Forms dialog allows you to select payroll tax forms for printing and/or for file creation.
To open one of the form facsimiles, choose Utilities > Payroll Tax Processing. When the Payroll Tax Processing window opens, click the applicable federal or state flag icon in the shortcut bar at the left, or choose the form or state name from the View menu. After retrieving and verifying all of the applicable information for the selected tax form, choose File > Print.

Printer (checkbox) and/or Store image in . . .(checkbox)
Opens a dialog where you may select a different printer to use as your default printer.
This checkbox name varies depending on which state payroll tax forms you are currently using.
- For Alabama: Mark the Create W/H file checkbox to create a comma-delimited file for Alabama A-1, A-3, or A-6 withholding forms.
- For Connecticut CT-941(drs) forms: Mark the Create CT-941(drs) bulk file checkbox to create a comma-delimited file for Connecticut CT-941(drs) forms.
- For Connecticut CT-W3 forms: Mark the Create CT-W3 bulk file checkbox to create a comma-delimited file for Connecticut CT-W3 forms.
- For Georgia G-7 withholding forms: Mark the Create G-7 file checkbox to create a comma-delimited file for Georgia G-7 withholding forms.
- For George G-1003 withholding forms: Mark the Create G-1003 file checkbox to create a comma-delimited file for Georgia G-1003 forms.
- For Iowa payroll tax forms: Mark the Create W/H file checkbox to create a comma-delimited file for Iowa payroll tax forms 44-101, 44-095a, or 44-007(VSP).
- For Massachusetts 941 forms: Mark the Create MA941X file checkbox to create an ASCII file for Massachusetts 941 forms.
- For Minnesota withholding forms: Mark the Create W/H file checkbox to create a formatted file for the MW-1, MW-6, or MW-1A Worksheet.
- For New Jersey payroll tax forms: Mark the Create NJ-927/NJ-927-W file checkbox to create a comma-delimited file for those forms.
- For South Carolina withholding forms: Mark the Create W/H file checkbox to create a file for South Carolina WH-1605 and WH-1606 forms.
Note: To create withholding or bulk files only and not prepare printed copies of the form(s) as well, you do not need to mark any of the checkboxes in the Print column of the forms grid on this dialog.
For Forms 94x: To queue the selected payroll file for electronic transmission, mark this checkbox. If this checkbox is marked when you click the OK button, the PIN Information dialog opens.
