Before you can begin entering or modifying data for an existing client, you must first open that client's database file.
From the File menu, choose Open Client. In the Open Client dialog, select the client you want to work with and then click the Open button.

Fields & buttons
Allows you to search for a particular client. First, click either the Client ID or the Client Name column-heading button to indicate which column you want to search in, and then enter the first few characters of the client's ID or name. The first match in the client list is automatically highlighted.
All existing CSA clients are listed here, including password-protected clients. Highlight the client you want to work with and then click the Open button.
- To sort the client list, click the Client ID or Client Name button.
- To search for a particular client by client ID or name, first click either the Client ID button or the Client Name button to indicate which column you want to search. Then, in the Search box above this pane, enter the first few characters of the client's ID or name. The first match in the client list is automatically highlighted.
If the client you select is protected by a password, a prompt will appear that requires you to enter the correct password. (If you do not know the password, press Cancel to close the prompt and return to the Open Client dialog.)
