Important reminder!

Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

Your Creative Solutions Accounting application includes many standard forms and reports for which you can choose various print options to fit your specific needs.

/_images/acct_pr/csa/prnrpt.gif Select and print reports for the open client by choosing Print Reports from the File menu, by clicking the Print Reports icon on the shortcut bar, by clicking the Print button on the toolbar, or by pressing the CTRL+P shortcut keys. In the Print dialog, click the Reports tab and then double-click each report that you wish to select for printing or previewing.

All reports or report profiles that have been selected for printing are listed in this pane of the Print dialog.

Notes

  • If you wish, you can select a report multiple times and choose different options for each instance of the report.

Otherwise, all print options return to their default settings when you close the Print dialog or the Export dialog.
