Use the Print Spooled Reports dialog to print previously spooled report groups.
Choose Print Spooled Reports from the File menu.
Note: The Print Spooled Reports command on the File menu is grayed unless you have previously spooled one or more reports for printing.

Fields & buttons
All spooled report groups are listed in the left pane of this dialog by client ID, name, and spooling date (except those already listed in the right pane of this dialog). You can sort this list by clicking the ID, Name, or Date button at the top of this pane.
Double-click a client's spooled report item to select it for printing, or click the Select All button to choose all of the items listed.
All spooled report groups that are currently selected for printing are listed in the right pane of this dialog. You can sort the list by clicking on the ID, Name, or Date button at the top of this pane.
If you wish to remove an item from the right pane list, double-click it.
Choose one of the following options for the selected group of spooled items:
- Retain reports after printing (default selection)
Keeps the spooled reports on file in case you wish to reprint them at a later time.
- Delete reports after printing
Removes the spooled reports from this dialog for the selected client(s) after the printing has been completed.
- Delete reports without printing
Turns the Print button into a Delete button so that you can delete all spooled reports currently listed in the Clients to print pane.
Click this button to open the Select Printer dialog in which you can change the default printer for all Windows applications.
Displays the selected report(s) in the Print Preview window. When multiple reports are selected, they will appear in the order listed in the Selected pane of the Print dialog.
From the Print Preview window, you may do the following:
- Page forward or backward through each report.
- Scroll the display up or down to view the current page.
- Print the current page.
- Print all selected reports.
- Close the Print Preview window without printing any report.
Note: This button is accessible only when one or more items are currently listed in the Clients to print pane at the right of this dialog.
