The Form Printing Fees dialog allows you to create an unlimited number of form printing fee schedules, which can then be used with any Payroll CS or Payroll Compliance module client.

Choose Setup > System Configuration > Fees > Form Printing Fees.

Note: Form printing fees are calculated differently depending on the type of forms being printed. For 941 forms, the fee is calculated per page, thus printing Form 941 pages 1 and 2 will calculate two fees. W-2s and 1099s, however, calculate per form only.
