Use this dialog to preview or print a listing of all clients and employee IDs that use the selected payroll items. The report lists the selected item followed by a list of client ID and employee IDs.
From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Global Payroll Item Reports > Payroll Item Usage Report.

This report excludes results for password-protected clients.
Fields & buttons
Lists all payroll items available, excluding any already selected in the Items selected list. This list contains pay items, deduction items, and/or withholding items depending on the selections you have made in the Item Focus group box.
The total number of payroll items available and the number that are currently highlighted are displayed above the Items available list.
Lists all the currently selected payroll items. The items selected here will be displayed in the Payroll Item Usage Report when you click the Preview or Print button.
Mark any of the checkboxes in the groupbox to specify which types of payroll items you want to include in your Payroll Item Usage Report. The payroll items will then display in the Items available list.
At least one of the payroll item types must be selected in order for any items to display in this dialog:
Displays the Payroll Item Usage Report in the Print Preview window.
Note: From the Print Preview window you may choose to print all or selected pages of the report.
Begins printing the Payroll Item Usage Report on your Windows default printer.
