The Transfer dialog allows you to transfer one or more transactions from one journal into another journal.
When the Tasks > Transactions window is active, choose Transfer Transactions Between Journals from the Edit menu or from the right-click context menu.
Note: This option is available only if the Use separate journals in transaction data entry checkbox is marked in the General Ledger tab of the File > Client Properties dialog. You must also have set up one or more journals in the Setup > Journals dialog.
