Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

The Combine Files dialog allows you to easily combine files created by other users, as well as repair them during the combination process. The Combine Files dialog displays all W2REPORT.* or IRSTAX.* files other than your own. The files that you select will be combined into your own file.

W-2 Form Processing: From the W-2 Form Processing dialog, choose File > W-2 File Utilities, and then choose Combine Files. For State W-2 Utilities choose the appropriate state and then choose Combine Files.

1099 Form Processing: From the 1099 Form Processing dialog, choose File > 1099 File Utilities and then choose Combine Files.

Payroll Tax Processing: From the File menu in the Payroll Tax Processing window, choose SUTA, W/H, or form-specific File Utilities, choose the appropriate file (if applicable), and then choose Combine Files.
