This dialog displays only when an amount is entered in the Beg Bal field of a Budget column in the Chart of Accounts window and amounts already exist in that column. Specify how the spread should be recalculated by choosing either of the following options.

• Overwrite the existing budget amounts with the spread amount.

  Replaces the existing budget amounts and recalculates the spread based on the new amount entered.

• Add the spread amount to the budgets.

  Adds the newly entered budget amount to the total budget and recalculates the spread based on the new total.
