Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

The Client Status dialog enables you to schedule and log status events for the currently active client and to set up and modify global tickler settings to remind Payroll CS or Payroll Compliance module clients of status events due via the Today's Ticklers tab.

Choose Utilities > Client Status.

Notes

  • At least one event must be set up in the Setup > System Configuration > Status Events dialog to activate the Client Status menu item.
  • The Log Event tab and Schedule Event tab are available only when a client is currently open in CSA.
