The Column Title dialog allows you to specify the information to be imported for each column in the Import grid.

The column title specifies where the data from the selected column is to be placed when the spreadsheet information is imported into CSA.

From the Tasks > Payroll Check Entry window, choose Edit > Excel Time Entry Import. Enter or browse for the file you want to import and then click the Import button. Double-click on a column title to open the Column Title dialog.

Special information

  • Each column title must be unique and can only be used once in the Import grid.
  • You may use any column order within the Import grid. If each column title has been identified correctly, the data will flow to the appropriate fields within the CSA Payroll Check Entry window.
