When importing classes from QuickBooks Pro into CSA, a warning dialog may appear if the Chart of Accounts mask has not been set up properly for the current QuickBooks Pro client.

This dialog opens automatically during the QuickBooks import process if the Chart of Accounts mask has not been set up properly in the File > Client Properties dialog.

For example, if 20 classes are being imported from QuickBooks Pro and the CSA mask is defined as DCCC in the Client Properties dialog, the Account Mask Options dialog prompts you with a warning that indicates that the mask should contain two Ds for nine or more departments. You may choose to change the CSA Chart of Accounts mask on-the-fly or continue with the import process without making any changes to the Chart of Accounts mask.

The QuickBooks Pro accounts may not import correctly into the CSA Chart of Accounts if you choose to continue with the import process without making changes to the Chart of Accounts mask.
