Licenses for Payroll CS, Trial Balance CS, and Write-Up CS (but not Engagement CS) permanently expired on March 1, 2017. CSA will not include 2017 tax rates or payroll forms, so, for 2017 and beyond, you will need to process payroll in another application. We recommend Accounting CS Payroll and myPay Solutions. For more information, see the following topics.

The Employee Selection dialog is used to select employees either for W-4 information export or for portal deletion. You can choose to select all employees, or to specify individual employees. If you are choosing select employees, double-click the name of each employee you wish to include in the export or deletion.

For W-4 Information export - From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Web Employee Utilities > Queue W-4 Information Export.

For portal deletions - From the CSA main window, choose Utilities > Web Employee Utilities > Queue Portal Deletions > Employee.
