If necessary, you may modify the description for an existing checkbook.

Choose Checkbook from the Setup menu. In the Checkbook Setup dialog, highlight the checkbook whose description you wish to change, right-click in a gray area of the dialog, and then choose Rename checkbook from the context menu that appears.
