This dialog enables you to set up automatic backups of your client data to FileCabinet CS.

Click the FileCabinet tab in the Setup > System Configuration > Administration dialog.

Special information

Automatic backups to FileCabinet CS

  • The automatic backups occur when you close the client in CSA.
  • FileCabinet CS stores backups in Data Backup folder for each client. Within that folder are icons for each source product; click a product icon to see available backups. FileCabinet displays the date of the backup, the user, period, and comments (if any).
  • To restore client data from the backup copy in your FileCabinet Browser, choose File > Restore and then mark the Focus Listing checkbox for Clients with backups in FileCabinet CS.
