If you are a licensed user of both Trial Balance CS and the ProSeries tax export capability, you can export client tax data to your ProSeries tax software. Use the ProSeries Tax Export dialog to specify the export file and to select the tax year to export.
Choose Utilities > Tax Exports > ProSeries.
Note: Tax Code Account Groupings that are set up in CSA are ignored by the ProSeries tax export. Therefore, the Tax code report may be misleading for ProSeries users when the Tax Code Account Groupings are set up. The Tax Code report lists the tax code based on the Grouping (if one is present) instead of the tax codes assigned to the account in the Chart of Accounts.
