This dialog is available from both the Transfer Changes to Employees dialog and the Employee Pay Rate Changes dialog. If you are transferring changes to employees, use this dialog to choose the employees to whom you wish to transfer specific changes in payroll item properties - that is, to add, modify, or remove one or more payroll items. If you are changing pay rates for employees, use this dialog to choose the employees to which you want to apply the rate change.

When the Employees window is active and in Browse mode, choose Transfer Changes to Employees from the Edit menu. In the Transfer changes to Employees dialog, click the Select Employees button.

When the Employees window is active and in Browse mode, choose Employee Pay Rate Changes from the Edit menu. In the Employee Pay Rate Changes dialog, click the Select Employees button.
