Header

Select one of the following Header options to use for the first page of the document:

• Firm name and address
• Blank lines for letterhead
• None

Also specify the header to use for all subsequent pages:

• Firm name only
• None

Footer

You may choose whether to include a footer with the firm name and address on the first page and/or subsequent pages.

To change the margins for the selected document, click the up > down arrow or type the margin width in the appropriate field.

You may specify margin widths between 0.25 and 2.50 inches.

To print a border around the selected document, choose a style from the drop-down list. An illustration of the selected border is displayed in the pane below the Border field.

Specify the page of the document from which page numbering is to begin. (Defaults to 1.)

Specify the number to print as the starting page number. (Defaults to 1.)
