Employees screen

Use the Employees screen to enter information for a selected client's employees. The screen includes tabs for general identification and address information, personal information, benefit information, payroll items, payroll tax information, workers' compensation information, and (for live payroll processing) direct deposit information for employees.

Choose Setup > Employees.

If you are setting up an employee template, choose Setup > Employee Templates.

Edit multiple employees. Click this link to open the Edit Multiple Employees wizard, where you can edit specific fields for multiple employees simultaneously.
